Shipping and delivery

Dispatch
All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Mijas, Spain, within 10-14 working days from placing the order. In rare cases dispatch may take longer but we will inform you exactly how long, when you order.

 

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with information about the delivery date and carrier. 

 

Delivery
Delivery is free on the Costa del Sol for orders over 100 euros. We can deliver to all of Spain at an extra cost. If you cannot find your destination during checkout, please contact our customer service at info@mueblesdaneses.com

 

Shipping Costs
We can arrange shipping for orders over 100 euros –  in Spain (excluding islands). Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination - please get in touch to find out the price.

 

Important Information When Receiving Your Order

You must report any issues on the driver's delivery note if you notice signs of damage to your shipment. This includes:

  • The pallets and/or boxes are not upright.
  • The products are visible/not properly packaged.
  • Visible signs of pressure or damage to the pallet and/or boxes.

If you accept a damaged delivery and do not file a report on the delivery note, you may lose the right to a refund if the products inside are damaged. If the item has been damaged during transport, please contact us within three days of receiving the order.

We recommend that you receive your package personally. If you have given the courier permission to leave the package in a safe place and it goes missing after delivery, we are not responsible for the loss.

Claims
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery with your name, order number, and clear pictures of the product, packaging, and shipping box if possible. We will process your claim and contact you regarding an exchange or return as soon as possible.
